  Good service, walk in the the tables were clean. Eggs wasn't made the way i asked. The eggs was runny the cashier was willing to fix the mistake and said you should've said something because it's suppose to be made how you want it!! Can't be mad at that.
  But all in all ihop is ihop
  #steelernation will take a Daytona Beach IHOP any day!!!

  IHOP really exceeded my expectations. We had set out with the intent to find something more local but ended up here at a national chain around 11 AM.
  
  It was crowded.  We were told it would be about a 15 minute wait and we were seated in about 10.
  
  The menu is huge with a a page of options dedicated for folks 55 and over.
  
  Our party of 7 all had breakfast.  The service was great and our food came out with minimal delay.  
  
  Crystal, our server was vibrant, courteous, and attentive.

  Ordered food Togo and it was good. Bacon was yummy as was the waffles and ira he juice ordered. However the customer service theses servers have they need to work on. Walked in to let someone know I had ordered food to go and before I could ask a lady who I didn't catch her name immediately tried to send me to the host. Then it wasn't ready which was okay. So it finally was ready and no one even said anything. I was sitting there with my daughter and no one asked why. So I finally get up stand at the counter neither Ozzy, Rose or Jonica even said a word to me for a good minute it felt like. Then finally Ozzy said something and said I don't have your order but we'll find who does. Which funny enough I guess was Jonica. I think they need some more training on their skills. 15 years in the business and I'd never let anyone stand there without acknowledging them. Goes for the host Alondrea  or something like that. No acknowledgement   at all. I don't think I'd go back to dine in.!!

  We ended up here after stopping at another restaurant and being treated so badly that we walked out prior to completing our order. ( lets just say a hot dog place in ormond , wasn't our cup of tea ) none the less walking into this location was a fresh of breath air.
  
  We were immediately greeted with a smile and seated.
  
  While looking over our menu, our waitress came over and took our drink order, and let us know that the 3 of us who ordered tea would have a few minutes wait due to making a fresh brew. This wasn't a problem at all; this way we knew it was fresh anyhow.
  
  Our waitress came over and spoke with us asking where were from and so on, making small talk after our order, even though she had a 3 top and a 4 top seated near us. She made it a point to speak every one of her customers.
  
  Our food came out in a short amount of time and every single one of us enjoyed our meals.
  
  I must admit I usually don't post positive experiences as I prefer to invite people to join at places I've enjoyed but since I won't be back in this area for a few months I wanted to express my gratitude for our experience here.

  Tables are too small for 4 people have to eat elbow to elbow. Food sucks big steak omlet had no steak in it just a few pieces on top.
